BALSIRA GROUP is committed to conducting all procurement and business activities with integrity, transparency, and accountability. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach to corruption, bribery, and unethical practices in all markets we operate in.
This policy applies to all employees, directors, agents, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and partners engaged with BALSIRA GROUP across all operating jurisdictions including South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique, and the United Kingdom.
All suppliers, distributors, and partners must comply with applicable anti-corruption laws including South African PRECCA, the UK Bribery Act 2010, Tanzanian anti-corruption legislation, and EAC regulations. Compliance is a condition of registration and ongoing partnership with Balsira.
Any suspected or actual violations must be reported immediately through official communication channels. Reports will be handled confidentially. Contact: info@balsira.co.za
Breaches of this policy may result in immediate termination of supplier agreements or contracts, legal action, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
