3. Prohibited Conduct

• Offering or accepting bribes or kickbacks
• Improper payments to public officials
• Facilitation payments of any kind
• False documentation or misrepresentation

4. Supplier & Partner Expectations

All suppliers and partners must comply with applicable anti-corruption laws, including South African, Tanzanian, UK, and EAC regulations.

5. Reporting Violations

Any suspected or actual violations must be reported immediately through official communication channels. Reports will be handled confidentially.

6. Enforcement

Breaches of this policy may result in termination of contracts, legal action, or reporting to relevant authorities.
