Registered suppliers must provide accurate, current information and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, quality, and export requirements. Balsira reserves the right to suspend or remove suppliers who fail to maintain compliance standards.

4. Portal Access

Tender and procurement portal access is granted at Balsira's discretion to verified organisations only. Access may be revoked at any time if usage terms are breached.
